Charlie`s Chicken in Miami

The cashier was rude and the service was bad the coleslaw was spoiled. It was a very bad experience. Wont go back anytime soon.

Charlie's Chicken has the best comfort food anyone of any age could appreciate. They have an awesome menu for all ages. It just has that wonderful homemade taste for a very low cost . I give it 5 stars for its deliciousness, great menu with a lot of choices at a valuable price that males it hard to compare to other "fast food" joints!

Love there chicken chunks and potatoes are fabulous. Also great cook time on ther okra

While on the keto diet we're still able to more or less follow it . And fantastic meals too . Always a great go to place either way .

I'm kinda neutral I haven't been there several times.

Could had been better and plus service could had been better with politeness..

The chicken was dry, the rolls tasted too sweet and they added the gravy in with the mashed potatoes (they used to put it in a separate container) which resulted in having maybe a spoonfull of gravy for a family pint of gravy, plus just because we order gravy doesn't mean everyone eating wants gravy on their potatoes. The food was ok, I just will know in the future to order differently.

The food is adequate and so is the servos. I prefer drive through. Always double check your order.

Rude, rude, rude is their main problem. I purchased a 3 chunk din or and was charged for a different dinner that was a couple dollars higher and when it was pointed out to the cashier all she said was SO! It's only a couple dollars and she walked off I didn't want to cause a scene so I left. I will not be going back.

The service at the drive through was rude she had short red hair. I have always got an 8 piece meal with only 2 corn on the cob , green beans and Mac nd cheese. But no today she said I couldn't do that and wouldn't let me have the green beans. I believe that's only 2 and 1/2 sides not 3 as there should be. Today the short red headed girl gave me 8 piece with 4 rolls, Mac and cheese with 8 corn on the cob...seriously. This place is getting worse and worse. Really sad that used to be one of the best places to eat with great services.

Food was decent, but dirty!!!!!! Door s we're absolutely filthy , counters by drinks filthy, dirty tables with no one even attempted to clean. The food was definitely cooked ahead not fresh. Made me wonder how dirty the kitchen was.How they would ever pass an inspection. Disappointed, staying overnight hoping to eat something other than McDonald's, Arby's and such. Sorry Charlie. You have potential, and need new management.

Nasty NASTY! Absolute worst place to eat in Miami Ok. If you're ok with children making your family's food you'll be set. The food seems to have sat all day,was cold, inedible,burnt,and just plain gross.Very dirty place from floor to ceiling. Grease covered floors to dust covered walls. Never again will my familys money be spent here.CC should quit the business. Would give less than 1 star if at all possible.

Wasn't impressed with the catfish at first. But then they brought me 3 more pieces it made up for the first 3 I got.

Never had an issue here before but tonight the gizzard dinner was cold and they were hard like a rock and was told to throw my current plate away and they would make fresh well they did that but only brought out the little little bit of gizzard but no sides and probably won't return because it was horrible and my poor daughter waited for ever for her corn dodgers! Thanks but not again

Chicken fried steak couldnt cut even with a knife but they did offer money back

It was ok. Nothing to write home about. Fast food service: Order, then pay & wait till your order is ready. No napkins or condiments sitting.out.

I ordered a large family size dinner, chicken chunks, mashed potatoes and gravy with green beans. Had it tasted like chicken it would have been worth the half hour we waited in the drivethru. It didn't taste anything like Charlie's chicken. I was disappointed to spend that much money on dinner and not be able to enjoy it. It tasted like raw flour, nothing else.

Slow service but good food

Best tasting chicken I've had at a restaurant friendly staff members they have a great cook i rate they're food a. 10 great place to eat nice atmosphere

We visited here twice recently. Chicken and dumplings were my favorite. Also tried chicken fried steak (so so) and the chicken chunks (white meat). Nice choice of side items. Fried potato wedges, mashed potatoes, fried okra, green beans, macaroni and cheese, corn nuggets, etc. Really great tasting coleslaw too. All yummy. Great yeast rolls too. Service fast and friendly.

Went there for dinner tonight 2.19.19. Staff were all very young but I have to say the BEST service and helpful group in any eatery in the recent past. Bravo for doing it right!

Traveling for memorial day came through Miami and stopped at Charlie's chicken will never do that again asked for fresh potato wedges and said they didnt have anymore put the people next got fresh wedges the sweet tea was empty the ceiling is leaking the girls behind the counter was rude and act like it hurt to help people some of the food was good but service their sucked

The food was edible but the inside of that restaurant, needs a major deep cleaning.

Set in drive thru for 40 mins after we called in our order and it still wasnt ready

I had the worst experience kid's working there didn't seem to interested that it was peek dinner time and was out of chicken so we waited over 30 minutes still hadn't been served even though people came in after us were won't go back wish I was able to reach owners

There restaurant is nostalgic and clean and the food is always great.

I ordered at drive thru and the service was quick and friendly. The food is good and like a home cooked meal. They have really good and huge cinnamon rolls also!

It's run by kids. They are always out of something. Service is slow.

We went through the drive through ordered a 12 pc meal and at 6:00 PM on Friday, November 22, they were out of chicken. At all times you have to check your order because they ALWAYS short the order by at least one item. There never seem to be an adult in charge of a lot of teenagers.

Decided to try again still the same rude service as allways.

Went through drive threw and ordered 2 piece chicken chunk meal. Food was cold but otherwise good.

I expect my chicken to be plucked before I eat it.the wings still has feathers.the place was filthy. 10 dirty tables.the floor so greasy it's a wonder someone hasn't fallen. We were a table of three and the only ones in there.all the workers were in the back I guess .we will never eat there again

I wish I know the name of the woman who took my order...but it was my first experience with delivuh, and she went above and beyond to give me and my lady a wonderful experience... totally satisfied with the food, the service...and the delivery. Much thanks ♥

It was good food all but the mashed potatoes had something in it I can't eat other than that chicken was good macaroni and cheese was good it was all good and the biscuit
